A10 Salinas Insulation and Spray Foam

About our insulation contractor team in Salinas

Spray foam fills the spaces between exposed wooden rafters and wall studs in a room with several windows.

Doing the work in the right order

I spent years on crews for a big commercial insulation outfit, working in warehouses, schools and office buildings, before I started A10 Salinas Insulation and Spray Foam here in Salinas in 2021. Those jobs taught me to do things in the right order and to keep a site clean and safe, and I bring both habits into every attic and crawl space we work in. Insulation laid over open gaps or wet wood just hides a problem, so we find and fix those spots first.

Most of our calls come from homeowners in Salinas and the cities around it, plus landlords and some small business owners. I come out to every job myself, look around up there, and tell you plainly what I see, including what can wait, because I'd rather spend a few extra minutes explaining than leave you guessing. If your job needs a permit, we check with the city or county office and handle the application and inspections. You can see everything we do on our home page, or get in touch and I'll set up a visit.

What you can expect from us

  • Leaks fixed before insulating

We seal the gaps around can lights, pipes and the attic hatch before new insulation goes in, so it isn't fighting a draft. That way your money goes into work that actually does its job.

  • Straight talk about holdups

If I spot old wiring, damp wood or insulation that looks suspect, I'll tell you plainly what has to happen first. I'll also tell you what can wait, so you aren't paying to rush something that doesn't need it.

  • A tidy, safe job site

Big commercial jobs taught our crew to keep walkways clear and protect what's around the work, from the attic down to your living room. A crew lead runs the install, and I check in along the way.
